Verizon Launches Free Small Business Webinars

New York City-based Verizon Communications inc., is creating a series of webinars to support small business development. The telecommunications giant rolled out a series of webinars providing education and inspiration for small businesses. The webinars are free and open to the public.

The new series of webinars, which kicked off April 7, feature business experts with advice on how to operate during the coronavirus crisis.

The first webinar in the series featured entrepreneur Mike Michalowicz, best-selling author of “Profit First,” and U.S. Small Business Association entrepreneur of the year. Mike shared his expertise on small business survival during challenging times. Topics covered ranged from strategic planning and cash flow to taxes. Mike talked live with host, Ramon Ray, to offer specific steps businesses can take now and prepare to grow after the crisis.

Small business owners can sign up for the free webinars on Verizon’s website.
