Verizon Offers Help to Customers Affected By Government Shutdown

In an effort to help unpaid furloughed workers affected by the longest government shutdown in U.S. history, Verizon announced it will waive late fees for its customers. Government employees affected by the shutdown can call Verizon or use the company’s app to speak with an agent to arrange a “promise to pay” agreement and more.

Verizon has been making strides to offer more products and services for its customers. The New York-based company has been developing its deployment strategy for 5G technology. The company also plans to release its fourth quarter earnings on January 29th.

The special offers for government employees includes Verizon wireless and FiOS customers. Get more details at Verizon.com
