Time Warner CEO Jeff Bewkes to Speak At UBS Global Media and Communications Conference In NYC

Time Warner Inc. announced that its Chairman and CEO Jeff Bewkes will participate in the UBS 44th Annual Global Media and Communications Conference on Tuesday, December 6, 2016, in New York, NY.

Time Warner has been making headlines lately due to its $85 Billion deal with AT&T. As a part of the deal, AT&T will   acquire Time Warner including its library of content plus original created content and its debt. Bewkes is expected to stay on as CEO while the transition takes place. The acquisition is expected to be complete by the end of 2017, pending approval by the U.S. Department of Justice.
