Uber Helicopter Ride Share Launches in NYC [VIDEO]

Uber is taking over the skies of New York City. The company rolled out its plan to offer helicopter service in New York City from Manhattan to JFK airport. Uber sent the announcement out to customers in the NYC area in September and is now offering the rides which average from 8-15 minutes for about $200 per ride.

Reviewers of the Uber Copter service say that passengers can only bring one small bag / personal item on the trip. They also have to get a ride to the designated pickup area to access the helipad.
