Premier Corp Opens Energy Office in Helmsley Building

Premier Holding Corp., opened a new office to support its energy and power operations in the New York City-based Helmsley Building. The iconic office building, located at 230 Park Ave. on the east side of Midtown Manhattan, will house Premier’s subsidiaries including The Power Company and Energy Efficiency Experts. Business in the new office will support Premier’s relationships with  REITs, building management companies, developers and commercial business customers.

“We are excited to have this office up and running and already producing significant results. This was just one of our 2016 objectives and we are extremely pleased that it has been accomplished so early in the year, and that it is already producing results,” Randall Letcavage, President and CEO of Premier Holding Corp. said in a statement. “The strategic relationships that this office brings will no doubt take us a long way toward reaching our aggressive 2016 goals.”

The Helmsley Building, owned by RXR Real Estate, was renovated in 2010. The 35-story commercial property is LEED certified, has advanced HVAC systems, electrical and wiring for high performance Wi-Fi. Verizon and Cogent are among fiber providers to the building. Helmsley, built in the early 1900’s, received a silver rating from Wired Score – a NYC-based organization that measures commercial real estate building infrastructure related to Wi-Fi and fiber connectivity.
