North Carolina-based Flash Wireless announced that it will be partnering with software company Ozmo to provide premium customer support to increase customer retention and satisfaction.
Flash Wireless operates on two of the nation’s top 4G LTE networks, allowing customers to choose their network, bring their own device and number and get an unlimited low cost data plans.
Ozmo’s leading device support platform assists in over 25 million interactions each year across all support channels. The platform provides self-serve tools that put personalized answers front and center for mobile consumers, eliminating the need to call a contact center for thousands of device issues.
