BridgeVoice Expands VoIP Platform
New York-based BridgeVoice™, a global leader in retail and wholesale VoIP termination services, and an integral part of multinational telecom technology and carrier services provider Bankai Group, launched an exclusive Operator Based Product on its Automated Carrier Platform. This added feature will provide a simple and effective means for the carrier community to directly connect with an array of network operators via the BridgeVoice platform.
This newly available capability allows carriers to access A-Z rates and an inventory of operators within BridgeVoice’s extensive network. Utilizing the Network Operator Based Package, operators commit advanced routes to carriers and service providers thereby enabling the avoidance of poor call quality and low Answer-Seizure Ratio (ASR), Average Call Duration (ACD) and Post Dialing Delay (PDD). Alongside direct connection to operator networks, users of this service will benefit from assured quality route termination, real-time billing and 100 percent calling line identification (CLI) support. Additional features of this package include access to multiple operator product offerings with various quality parameters and subscription models, product opt-in and opt-out functionality, direct routes to operator networks and traffic transparency via advanced reporting.
