VirtualAPT is Using Technology to Transform Real Estate

A new innovative virtual reality company is promising real estate shoppers a more efficient, convenient experience enabling them to narrow down their preferred properties.

Bryan Colin and Robin van der Zwan, co-founders of VirtualAPT are making easy searches a reality with VR2, a robot that creates virtual reality videos to take you on a live tour of a residential or commercial space, giving you the walk through experience with no curve balls.

“Our objective is to create an ideal, readily accessible VR experience for a global audience,” said VirtualAPT’s Head of Growth, Jonathan Klein.

The robot has the capability to produce a video tour for clients within 24 hours. The average cost ranges from $0.50 per square foot for commercial and $1 per square foot for individual projects, which includes all additional features from augmentation to multiple languages.
