Times Square Train Station Floods

New York City’s most popular tourist destination was under water following a watermain break. The aging infrastructure of New York City resulted in a massive flood, wetting city streets and shutting down the subway in the area. The hours long inconvenience derailed commuters and sent work crews scrambling to solve the problem and control the water main break spilling 1.8 million gallons of water and soaking crumbling concrete.
