Fiber Optic Service Provider FirstLight Acquired by Antin Infrastructure

Albany, NY-based fiber optic service provider Firstlight, announced its acquisition by Antin Infrastructure.  Firstlight was acquired by Antin from private equity firm Oak Hill Capital Partners , Novacap and Riverside Partners. Financial details of the detail were not disclosed.
