Jenny Fielding Named Managing Director of Techstars NYC [VIDEO]

Startup training giant Techstars, is undergoing leadership changes at its New York City branch. Jenny Fielding, formerly a startup founder and venture capitalist from Silicon Valley, made the announcement that she is taking the reins of managing director for the organizations New York City branch via Techstars blog. Fielding has held previous roles with Techstars.

“Today, I’m pleased to announce that I will be doubling down on my commitment to the NYC tech community as the next Managing Director of Techstars New York, continuing the work and incredible legacy of my long time colleague and friend, Alex Iskold.” Fielding said. “Having run several Techstars corporate programs including Techstars IoT, Barclays Accelerator, powered by Techstars in NYC, and Cedars-Sinai Accelerator, Powered by Techstars, I’m now excited to focus on the people and institutions that make up this dynamic city.”

Techstars NYC accelerator is accepting applications for its program beginning January 7, 2019. Startup founders accepted into the program have access to Access to over $300,000 of cash equivalent hosting, accounting and, legal support and other credits and perks worth more than $1 million.
